In search of the perfect burger

#1 Unread post by xsyamahadg »

When I'm out riding, I like to eat, and I happen to like burgers, but not just any burger, I like to seek out the best. If you happen to be close to my home town of Alliance Ohio you should try the 1/2 pound Black Angus burger at "Grinders", or stop in at "Dougs 57" and grab one of his burgers or a foot long coney with onions and a basket of fries. One of the best burgers I found ever was in Dublin Ireland at a little pub called " The Elephant and Castle. So, if I were to be in your neck of the woods, clue me in as to where I can get a good burger. Any of you guys have a favorite burger joint that caters to bikers ??

Whataburger is a chain... I know its in the Flordia area.

Not much 'caters' to bikers around here. Its quite the suburban paradise. You need 2.5 children and a large expensive SUV to haul them in.

Any truck stop burger is good. Though a splash of worcestershire sauce on them as they cook makes them all the better.

In Kansas City the Westport Flea Market had the best burger for about 20 years running. They tore it down to put up a Hooters. I do like the burgers at the Town Topics.
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

For a chain, IN out Out is the best not only for burgers, but fries and shakes. I so wish they'd put on somewhere on the east coast.

If you are around Atlanta, got to the Varsity and get a chili cheeseburger or two. Mmmmm greasy!

The Garage in Edmonton makes great burgers.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
