How to dispose of old gasoline?

Gasoline should not be poured on the ground. It does not break down easily, so it has a nasty habit of seeping through the ground and contaminating ground water supplies.

I would find a Harley and dump it in that.

Or make some Molotov cocktails and throw them at it.

Pour it into your car or truck. If the gas was in a sealed container it should be fine.

No. Please don't make jellied gasoline. i was kidding. Almost no one needs gas that will cling.

I used a bunch of old gas out at the camp as fire starter for bon fires...old oil works well too..if youre going to be roasting marshmellows id give it some time though..those fumes do nothing for the taste.

also, when starting said bon fire, take a long stick, dip it in the can of gas, make yourself a long torch kinda deal to start, unless you dont like your eyebrows....

There is no 100% right answer (except the hazmat disposal center idea) and the fun possibilities are endless. If you do have bonfires, a good quart at a time thrown carefully on an open flame makes for quite the crowdpleaser. Ive seen people use gas in their yards for bee nest killing, weed killing, and also you can pour it on logs or unwanted tree stumps to decompose them real good. Keep in mind dogs and other innocent creatures that may cross its path if you do go that route.
