No Yamaha...

#1 Unread post by dr_bar »

So, I recently, (Yesterday) sold my Virago, does that make me no longer qualified to be here... :(

I put it on Craigslist and within 5 minutes I had 2 emails, by end of the evening I had 8. I replied to the first email and the fellow wanted to see the bike the next day, said he would call just after noon. I waited until 4:30, (I figured that was fair,) then called the next on the list. She was out to see the bike within 45 minutes, put a deposit on it and picked it up yesterday. She got the '95 Virago 1100, w/saddlebags, $500 GIVI top bag, tankbag, and an old spare seat, all for $2500. The bike has 134,000 kilometers on it so I think I did Okay, She thinks she did great....
