We did that a couple weeks ago while hauling a quad around the yard with another quad. I was the trailer...

Buddy floors it around the corner, down the straight and hammers on the brakes. I panic and brake myself end up about 1 foot from his back bumper - thank god my brakes work. And then he floors it again, slack dissapears in less then a second and he stops while I surge forwards. He almost ate "poo poo" over the handlebars when his quad stopped.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Today I discovered you can run a Briggs and Strapon lawnmower engine on nitromethane if you really want to finish the lawn bad enough.

It don't run well, it has no power and fuel consumption doubles, but you can do it....
No Witnesses.... :shifty:

Yes indeed. It felt like that took too long to be noticed. ;)

It did not go unnoticed, I just thought it would be obvious to everybody what it was. :? So I didn't post.

It is, after all, off the greatest album of all time.

I was away for a few days. I would have commented right away. I suspect there are a lot of much younger folks here who have never heard that song.

Eh? Whats that youngster trying to say?

Anyways, I'll bet my parents wore the needles out on their record player listening to that album.

I know I listened to the cassette tape until it broke.

It doesn't count for today, but I was too tired last night to post. Anyway...

Yesterday I completed a Ropes Rescue training course with my fire department. It was amazing!! We did the training course in two separate days (8 hours each day), and now that I'm on the Ropes Rescue team, I'll be out in the woods practicing with them once each month.

I did ride my motorcycle to and from the training site, so that was fun too!

Cheers,
Loonette
