Yeah...But I wanted the baddest cruiser around...And at the time (2004) The VTX was the ticket.

I liked certain things about the X, especially the Headlight and curved gas tank.

The Vulcans and Stars have more "traditional" (read:old) lines...I didn't like the headlights or gas tanks.

Besides...Even before I was into cruisers and I bought an SV-1000 I sat on a VTX, and it was so nice...actually felt like a cruiser should.

I've sat on every cruiser out there before buying the VTX, and it seems every other bike just didn't feel right. So there ya go. Nothin against the others if thats what you ride though.

Yeah, those were really jokes. Your ride is cool for you and a fine motorcycle. I think some of us just thought a Star Trek nut would like the Vulcan or Star line just because of the name, not because of the actual motorcycle. A joke.

Starfleet insignia is totally bad, um, arse! :D

Since it's gold though, aren't you vaguely concerned that someone will rip it off? It'll buy quite a few pints of Romulan ale.

Its never been a problem before...but I've never really thought of it. Well if they did try the Alarm would go off...at least that would help deter the theft.

And better be careful with that romulan ale...it's illegal!

Very nice. Your right though no need to rush work. Got plenty of miles ahead to address those issues.

6000 bucks to make 147 horsepower in an 800 pound motorcycle. DEAL OF THE CENTURY

JUST RIDE IT. If you want to go fast, buy a fast motorcycle.

Nice looking machine though.

Nice looking bike!
I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's nice to see a cruiser with a bit of colour to it!
I always follow the rules.
The only exception to the rule occurs when I make an exception to the rule not to make an exception to the rule and that only occurs under exceptional circumstances.
