Bought it last weekend, used and it required some work, namely new front end springs and seals, new front tyre. And since I didn't know when it was last serviced properly and it was the previous owners daily commuter, I decided to get the oil changed and engine tuned. They then discovered the steering head bearings were badly notched and recommended replacing them, the new bearings didn't arrive till yesterday afternoon. Didn't really mined the delay, coz the weather report for the entire long weekend sucked.....so of course it is beautiful out today.....ARRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!.....THE GOD'S ARE MOCKING ME!!!!!!!!!Gummiente wrote:That REALLY sucks. Why is it in the shop, anyway?
Always ask why.

I've been there a few times myself over the years. You will be riding again soon, then you can make up for lost time.

It isn't WHAT you ride,
It's THAT you ride
