Newbie here. My name is Brian. I live in Kansas City. I have only ridden for a little over a year now. My first and only bike is a 2005 Sportster 1200 Custom. I am also interested in the Buell Lightnings.

Welcome, Brian! A 1200 Sporty is a mighty fine bike, my first Harley was an '86 1100 Sportster.

Thanks for letting me into the group! I'm currently still riding my first bike (a metric cruiser) and will be for at least 2 more years. But, I'm already thinking about my next one. Right now, I'm leaning towards a Harley Bagger. Either the Street Glide or Ultra. But, two years is a long way away. Never know what Harley might put out (or another manufacturer).

The group I ride with is mostly made up of HOGS. There are a few Sportsters, a couple Deluxe and Road Kings, a Fatboy, a few Ultras and the most recent addition is a Streetglide. We even have an old Panhead.

I'm really looking forward to the 2008 announcements as I'm sure everyone else is here as well. Catch ya around!
