TV Show... "Then Came Bronson"

Wanted to go cross country like he did.

Almost did it too...

Maybe after retirement now...

Rode horses for years, did lots of jumping and other adrenaline inspiring things, then I just wanted a change. Took a motorcycle course, figured out in the first day that this was just too much fun, never looked back. Don't know why I didn't start years ago, my Dad and Brothers all had bikes.
:D

Cheers,
Jan

I rode a little when I was younger - even took the MSF when I was 19 - but getting my own bike didn't seem feasible at that time. I ran off to Africa in the Peace Corps for a couple of years and forgot all about it - fast forward twenty years later - my wife and I went to Thailand about six months ago where we rode around the islands on scooters and got the bug again and decided we needed to be riding, so we retook the msf and we're both riding again. What took me so long! We both absolutely love it.

My brother.

He bought me a Honda 125 XL when I was 15. He has a few bikes and he wanted me to see if I liked riding. Boy did he hit the nail right on the head. The freedom, adrenaline rush, and the ability to do something so many people out there may never experience (poor them). I got on a bike and have been in love with them ever since.
Many say live to ride, I say ride is to live.

I've always liked them since I was a little kid. They're simple, practical machines and looked like lots of fun. Motorcycling was always one of those things that I viewed as really awesome but not for me (kind of like kickboxing or skiing down a vertical slope). Then one day I suddenly realized "hey, why should it be out of reach?". Went to some dealerships to see what's out there, got safety course pamphlets, and here I am!
