Confused

Ok, I am confused(As stated by the title)

I have a Kawasaki Ninja EX250.

I have no idea where to put my oil. I thought it was that knob near the sight glass... But when I tried to put just a little in it didn't seem to take and drained into my fairing. I looked more closely and that seems to be where I would put my clutch fluid. Since the clutch is cable attaches near there. So did I just do something wrong... or do I have no clue where to put my oil. I opened up the seat and there looks like a spot to put oil in... But I just don't know.

This is supposed to be one of the easier things to do... This is just sad. So I only feel slightly mentally challenged.

Thanks for any answers. If my question isn't clear let me know.

Also, does anyone know where I can find an online or order a manual for this bike... I can never seem to find one for a Kawasaki Ninja 250 anywhere. Thanks-
