No Manual

#1 Unread post by MattC13 »

I just bought a Kawasaki ZX-6R last week and im wanting to do an oil and filter change and all the other fluids but i dont know how much fluids it takes, type of filter, or spark plugs. The guy i bought it off of didnt recieve a manual with it when he bought it so of course i didnt either. Is there any good websites that gives this information, or if any of you already know the info. would be appreciated.

Service manual on eBay for $25 shipped

In the meantime, you can find the service manual in PDF form at repairmanualclub.com

Your local parts counter can help you out with buying the filter and plugs. Other then that, you're looking at aprox 4L of 10W40 motorcycle grade oil.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
