Hello from New York

I'm new to motorcycles, just got my first one for free (good price huh?). It's a 1983 Yamaha 750 magna. It runs well but does not want to idle when warm. I'm a Chevy Technician so I do have a mechanical aptitude. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

I'd consider taking a Rider Safety Course since you're new to bikes. As for the idle problem, I'm sure one of the others with knowledge will be along to assist you shortly.

Thanks, I did take a rider safety course, thats how I got licensed
