ban seatbelt and helmet laws and enforce no cell phone usage
After taking the msf I always wondered why my driving test was a 4mins spin in the parking lot, and my motorcycle training was 8hours in a parking lot. I think they should improve driving education in general. A permit lets you practice before you get a license(If you're under 18 for my state you can skip the permit) but it doesn't mean you are practicing correctly.

Not many things can upset a car while motorcycles are on the other end of the spectrum. I guess because since a car has a steel cage and 4 wheels many accidents won't be too much of a problem so people don't have to focus on the road too much. Plus in the US a car is a necessity even though people use their bikes to commute too.
In Europe the riding tests have become harder and bike restrictions have become more strict despite the fact that many accidents are caused by idiot cagers.
People say a minor fender bender can be fatal on a bike. I question these idiots because I have been in a few minor fender benders and it seems like many of these stories are blown out of proportion.
One thing you can count on: You push a man too far, and sooner or later he'll start pushing back.
