early model yamaha

My dad was just given an early model yamaha we were assuming 1959-1965. it has a 50cc engine along with the following numbers on the fram y28-6955 nd J5-6955. We are just wondering the year of the model so we can restore it. I will provide pictures if needed..thanks:)

the engine number is J5-6955. I was not aware of that being the engine number until my father just told me...sorry. thanks again!
