Yup. That's SO me. Got in the habit on my old bike. Now, even though my current ride has self-cancelling signals, I STILL hit the cancel button as I upshift from a turn, out of habit.

Thats a problem with those foreign bikes My Honda and BMW stayon. My Harley turn sigs turn off themselves (spring loaded switch) So as a result I ride with blinkers on quite a lot.

I turn my signal off just right before the turn. But for most of the time it's after I straighten the handlebars again.

Like someone said, I get all OCD about it. I cancel like 20 times even though I made like 5 turns overall.

You know you're there when you start cancalling the turn signals in your cage from habit.
I would be the old, slow guy. Just let me know where you are going and I'll try to get there before you leave.

+1! Except I try and cancel by pressing the radio buttons on my steering wheel with my thumb. Also try and honk with my thumb on those radio buttons. So confusing.
