If he had bought it, chances are it would quickly return back to one Black/Purple guy here... Of course once he's got a decent amount of experience, you may still get two of you......Relsek wrote:If you'd have gotten it, there could have been two of us Black/Purple guys here.dchris99 wrote:Like the title says I was looking to get a motorcycle, I happend to see a 04 black and purple Hayabusa for sale at what I thought was a great price $8600 or $8900 can't remember which. Then I stumbled onto your website and read your post for the new bikers. And quickly changed my mind, instead of the Hayabusa I now own a 05 GS500F. Just wanted to say thank you for the great info and advice, and for probally saving my life.
PS I'm taking a MSF class next month I do have my permit so I'll be riding my bike around my subdivision.

It does take a little getting used to. I remember the first few weeks I had it, I was thinking "what have I gotten myself into" but then I found out what I had gotten myself into and I love it.Nibblet99 wrote:If he had bought it, chances are it would quickly return back to one Black/Purple guy here... We really could go round and round with this one!canuckerjay wrote:That is a serious machine for your first ride. A ton of power that you really have to be wary of. Are you going to use it to its potential at all? Ever? And, are you going to be able to handle it??
dchris99 - glad to know you avoided the black and purple (all over). Enjoy the ride.
