Serious answer coming here now.
If you ask that question then you are short changing yourself on getting the baddest bike around. I thought the answer would be CBR600F, because it's a good all around sport bike. But it's closer to a sport-tourer in looks if not performance. So, you gotta go supersport.
That takes you into RR (race-rep) category. And these are lousy everyday bikes. Its not that people don't use them every day, its that they PUT UP with them every day until a big stretch of open road comes along, and then WEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
So if you're going to get one of these RR's then don't worry about day to day. They all suck at that. So, get the one with the best finance deal, reputable dealer nearby, best sound, or best colour.
In all seriousness.
Or an F-15.

Guys, go with an A-10. Sure, it's no sound barrier breaking sexy jet, but it has an unmatched size to load capacity ratio. Think of all the groceries you could fit on those weapons pylons. And besides, traffic wouldn't stand a chance against the 30mm gatlin cannon. AND they can fly missing half a wing and one of the engines shreaded to pieces.Skier wrote:Pfft, have you priced out an F-22 yet? Plus that hideous maintenance schedule, bleck!Wrider wrote:I may be wrong again, but I'm pretty sure the F-22 has a slightly larger cockpit... It's fairly decent sized in there, even I could fit!Skier wrote:The F-15 has the best passenger footroom.Sev wrote:Asking which supersport is best for everyday riding is like asking which fighterplane should be used to carry commercial passengers.

PS - I like the CBR600RR or F4i if you want brandy new for a 600 supersport for every day riding. Or a used R6, like an 03. Or the ZX-6R, those are nice. And can't forget a GSX-R 600. Wait, hmm....

Bah screw all the F-14 this and F-20 that, I say get a Harrier.
Those things are SWEET when you have to parallel park.
Motorcycle Advice:
For those that didn't notice I wanted to add that the gentleman (Buckwheat) who is the Original Poster is the same person who is 18 years old and trying to convince his mom what bike he should have.
Here is his other thread:

For you I recommend a Ninja 250:
I might not have a lot of experience on a Bike, but when I was 18 I did a lot of stupid stuff. I think anything bigger than a 250cc Sport will not be a good idea no matter how much you think you can handle it.
Not to mention I seriously doubt you can convince Mom that it's a good idea.

Exactly why I said, which color do you like. Any late model middleweight will outperform any but an expert level racer. So go with your favorite color, or the one that matches your purseNinja Geoff wrote:PS - I like the CBR600RR or F4i if you want brandy new for a 600 supersport for every day riding. I have rode my r6 everyday since I got it. I only borrow the family car(we have one car and 4 motorcycles between 4 people) when its pouring and I'm on my way to work or school. Otherwise I wait it out. Hindsight is always 20/20 and I love my bike, but a 500ninja would have been better for commuting.
I think what you need to bottoms is which one does the best wheelies. You'll be in lots of stop and go traffic so you'll get bored and what better way to deal with that then get some stuntin practice in. plz don't do wheelies in traffic without a helmet. The last bit was sarcasm.

Advice comes in many kinds, even kinds you might not like.
Remember this: you asked for it.
