96' Suzuki Bandit 600 - Best price?

Hi,

I'm considering a 96' Suzuki Bandit 600 as a first bike. The seller wants $2,800. He's throwing in a Chilton Manual, some aftermarket pipes, and an armored jacket. Is this a good price?

Also, the bike is in pristine condition and has an aftermarket headlight. The tires have been replaced, and only have about a 1000 miles on them. The original fairings have been removed, and the bike has never been dropped or down. The milage is really LOW ~ 7,800.

Kelly Blue Book shows the retail for that bike at $2695.00. Your also getting all the extras, so if the bike is in good shape Id'e jump on the oppertunity.
