J&M sells a kit that will fit your helmet, it will have an option for the lower connection so it will fit several stock radios...

Thanks for that FYI. The HD manual only concerns itself w/ buying a 3/4 helmet for it to set up. I can see where the speakers could be attached inside but what of the mike?

Yep, that's what we did with the stock 102 helmet that I wear when I ride with him on the Wing and then we ordered the 102 WITH intercom for my bike. Had to do a seperate setup with the JM CB for my bike. The CB intercom was the Honda brand on his Wing. They are just as spendy as Harley's are!

Well, Patrick, like I said, it is pretty warm for this time of year, believe it or not. It is starting to get a little colder, only 4 degrees this am. But, it's Alaska. Been up here since '69. Hubby was born here. So to have warmer temperatures all year would be REALLY weird.

Will be interesting to see how we do with that. Plus, the "culture" up here is different. More laid back and LOTS of open country, just not a whole lot of roads. Be nice to travel from state to state....we will one day. :)

Hello santanu

That is great to hear! Yeah, I think that is happening all over. More and more women are getting into motorcycling.

Why even on our last 5-600 mile ride, the gals outnumbered the guys on that trip, pretty cool!

Welcome to the site, I am new myself and this seems like a pretty good bunch.... :welcome2:

Getting late here and gotta go to work tomorrow....

dr_bar sent me this killer web site for a mike and speaker hookup to my HD Ultra. One important question.....does the helmet close with the mike attached. Very important as I would like to have mike capability but close the face mask too.

Oh, yeah. It comes right out from underneath the inside padding and comes around your chin to your mouth. They also include wind covers which I recommend.

I would take a picture for you, but my daughter has my camera.

Yep, work well....
