No ma'am. I'm used to wearing some sort of a lug-soled shoe most of the time, however, so maybe I've just adjusted my step/shift style to accommodate. But they've worked really well for me (and no scrapes yet from the shifter - yay!).

I've been really pleased with my Sidi boots... I have three pair now and they are by far the most comfortable boot I've ever worn. I wear them all day when I ride the bike to work and I've even done some easy, short-distance hiking in them with no issues. [/list]

Which Sidi's have you worn? I'm thinking of purchasing the Ladies B2's and wouldn't mind an opinion before I put down $200+ on them.
I have the Champion Air (for summer) and recently replaced my Sidi Sport Rain Boot with the Canyon Gore-Tex for winter. Every single pair I've worn have been comfortable from the get go. The style you're looking at is more "race" oriented while I prefer a touring style boot so not sure if we're comparing apples with apples. If there is a dealer near you that you can try some on, that would be the best thing.
So when you look for boots do they have to have high heels? I love my Icon super duty being just over 5' the heel gives me nearly an inch and they were designed to shift easily. Used them on patrol for over 8 hours and no problem. http://www.newenough.com/boots/sport_st ... boots.html
