Other then that I think I'm pretty low key.

Fork-mounted yellow fog lights. I run these all of the time - night and day. Makes a huge difference.

I won't put anything on my headlight that makes it oscillate here in jersey. In jersey for some reason if you blink your headlights that means "Hey go ahead" everywhere else it means "OMFG LOOKOUT".

Oscillating headlight in jersey means lots of people smiling and waving to say "Thanks!" as they turn left in front of you.

Can I ride semi naked with one of these

http://www.thinkbike.co.za/store/index. ... 9e67535bec

Have been doing this for 2 years now and it feels naked to ride without one. I know it makes a difference.
I spent my therapy money an a K1200S
The therapy worked, I got a GS now
A touch of insanity crept back in the shape of an R1200R

I sometimes wonder if it annoys people though; it's almost as bright as a camera flash.
Are strobe lights legal? :o

Depends on the state. Some are pretty strict about non-standard lights, particularly flashing ones.

I have the Icon MilSpec Vest and some LED strips and Ovals from http://www.customdynamics.com/index.htm

Here's another site that has some really good visibility products:
http://www.aerostich.com/catalog/US/Vis ... c-362.html

I recommend the SOLAS sticker and the Hi-Viz sticker set.

I'm from the Philippines. So far cops haven't bothered; i'm guessing (though I'm not entirely sure) as long as they don't look like cop flashers, it's fine.
