Buell 1125R

#1 Unread post by crazy5dave »

This bike should have been build years ago. Just bought a 12XBSs in November and ready to give it away for this one. Go to the Buell web site. Looks like it will keep up or eat a Duc 1098 for lunch for about $4k cheaper. Proud to buy America! I work for a dealer in Japan and i told them i want the first one to the dealer. they told me no changes to the line up here for next year which means i got to wait a year i think. Pity i want it now!

Saw one in the flesh this morning on the showroom floor at the local Harley dealer. In a word - WOW! It is one beautiful looking machine. I think Buell is going to sell a LOT of them.

That's right, boys, keep it up and I will have to wait on the Street Bob and get a 1125CR. I wanted to wait a year but it seems like such a nice idea. Though if they don't make any changes than maybe I don't have to rush.

Like I said before I liked it better than the Ducati scooters and yes it's American and yes, it's cheaper though they don't stay stock for long...

It's good spelling but it Wobbles, and the letters get in the wrong places. WtPooh

The 1125Rs we rode during the bike's launch in Monterey, California were pre-production models, and journalists were warned that a few kinks will be sorted out before the bike officially hits the market in late 2007.
