The 1st thing I noticed was that the designs are clear copies of some bigger names. Rudy Project, Spiuk and Nike. Not sure how they are avoiding trademark violations.

I bought a pair of $20 sunglasses at Fred Meyer. They work fine.

They are probably worth the 18.95, but you can buy similar glasses on some rest stops on the Jersey Turnpike at $10 each, so get 2 pairs for the same amount.

They glasses aren't really free, probably $10 and 8.95 S/H. So they ay free with $18.95 S/H and it sounds like a better deal.
