I would never think about twitching the throttle.....
Its my bike that gets the urge, honest. It gives me a weird grumble if I don't twist the throttle.
One thing you can count on: You push a man too far, and sooner or later he'll start pushing back.

My problem with the law isn't that most riders will open up the throttle on a quiet, straight (insert all descriptions here to make speeding sound as harmless as possible) roads. Its the law being aimed at motorcycles.
Just make the law broad as was mentioned in other posts where cars and motorcycles are towed if caught speeding xx mph over the limit. Any road users license is revoked if caught x amount of times for whatever offense.

hehe here in michigan anyone doing 20+mph CAN be taken to jail. Of course its upto the discretion of the officer doing the pulling over (I was doing 34 over in a 55 and he only wrote me up for 5 over phew like 12 years ago). I do know someone who was doing 55 over in a 55mph zone got pulled over (idiot he was) and went to jail and had his bike impounded for it.
