New Suzuki C50!
I got my new C50 2 weeks ago, and love it! I was plesantly surprised at the power. I thought that it would be way less than my 900, but really it feels like more in a way. My 900 has more tork, but the C50 feels peppyer. It is almost 100 pounds lighter, if all extras are considered. I love both of my bikes, and am happy with my choices in bikes.
If anyone reading this post has either a VN 900 or a C50 please let me know how you like them. I would also like to know what you are getting for gas milage on the c50.
So far I am getting 58 MPG on my 900, and 50 MPG on my c50.
Thanks,
Amy

Hi! I also have the VN 2006 900 Classic and I love it! I am getting some Vance & Hines pipes put on it along with a new air filter and power commander. I am doing this because I like the sound of the Vance & Hines pipes and will be getting a little more at the top end for our long distance trips we do. So, I am pretty excited about that.
I have cut the original windshield down as it was too hard to see through it in the rain, (I am 5' 3" and could not see over the top.)
I also have a sheepskin "butt pad" for our longer rides which is great. I have a riser on the handlebars to bring them back closer to me, highway bars and pegs. Gettin' her the way I want her to be.
I plan on keeping it for quite a while. Sounds like your new one is pretty nice, too! 100 lbs less, huh? Cool, that ALWAYS helps!
On a side note, I went and looked up the C50, pretty bike! But, what size engine, "cc" wise does that end up being, do you know??

Hi everyone !!!! I'm new here and so glad to see a ladies info area..
I've got an 2008 C50T red and white model, that I love it's the best bike I've owned it's balanced so well and comfy, I got it in Sept 2007 ans have over 2000 miles on it now.I'm 5'7" & BBW, this thing has no problem keeping up with my husbands Honda VTX 1300.
After 25 years of not riding I turned 40 and thought why not I've always missed it..So I started out on a 94 virago 750 great bike for learning on,then got my husbands hand me down 1100 shadow too top heavy rode it awhile while I shopped for a new one (thats the kind of shopping I love lol)..
