Waving at people on scooters

I always wave at scooters, when they don't wave back I always think it's because they're so shocked that a bike has acknowledged them. :shock:

Here we tend to nod at fellow bikers, which is pretty much the same as a wave, as not a good idea to wave when travelling at speed. :laughing:

I saw an old at least 70 year old women on a scooter the other day, I was so shocked that I started waving...I got the oddest look...course I was in the cage :oops:

I wave to everyone that pay attention to me, bike, kids in SUV's, even dog in a car next to me. LOL

Yep, I wave at everyone on 2 wheels and kids in cars that are staring like they would jump out the car to get a chance to ride with me.LOL

I wave at everyone that is riding something motorized and on 2 wheels........ What really irks me are those that don't wave back. Even a nod would be nice.
