People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

Always wear a helmet, eye protection, and protective clothing. Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Cleaning
I use s100 to wash the bike, then I dry it with a leaf blower. For a shine Harley gloss works great. And yes.... it will work for non HD bikes.
My trick is one a year I use the Mothers 3 step wax process and pure carnuba wax paste as a final step. This keep the bike protected for the season.
I am kind of particular because I made the investment in a custom paint job and I want it to look good for a long time. You can check out my Custom dyna on the Cruiseified community http://cruiseified.com in the photo gallery. It is the candy tangerine bike with the ghost flames and Midevil skulls.
For a cheaper wash a few of my friends swear by simple green. but I have never tried it.

How many more times are we going to go over this. Why doesn't TMW set up a Forum for "Cleaning Products Our Posters Like", where we can all list what cleans our bikes? Then this question won't ever have to be asked again.drousseau1 wrote:Tell me, what products are out there that will clean a bike and protect it from the elements? What's a good product for keeping helmets clean, visors?? Thanks ...........
