Everybody's different some people like turning right better...I don't know why we are like that.
I'm like you though, I could Drag pegs on the let side, but on the right side i'd have to slow down.

Well usually in traffic you are making a wider turn when turning left at an intersection v. turning right. Also, for me trying to countersteer while pushing on the right grip made it a little tricky at first since the throttle can move if you aren't careful.

I wonder if UK riders generally find left turns easier too, or is it the other way around?

Somewhere I read that an MSF course trainer found this to be true, making a right turn is harder for most people than making a left. No real explanation as to why this is. But, I find it to be true for me as well. Left turns come fairly easy. Right turns I really have to force myself to do it.

What kind of turns are we talking about? Knee draggin, race turns, U-turns?

I've never noticed a difference.

Well the sidecar can flip if you go to hard to the right...

For some people the articulation of the handlebars in addition to the throttle with the right hand makes the turn a bit more complex.

Right turns typically are more difficult for some riders. One of the reasons is your right hand is controlling the throttle. Thereby, sometimes giving some unecessary added input while making the turn. Thus, can be nerve racking for the riders.

I don't know, I did better with rights than left... First time I scraped pegs was on a right hand turn...
