93 Nighthawk 750 sparkplugs

#1 Unread post by oxbow1 »

I may have asked this before but here goes it again.

according to the clymer manual I have to remove the tank to access the plugs, it says to remove the little hose on the right of the fuel valve, but there is no mention of the hose that comes off the back of the fuel valve.

Has anyone done this before? if so can you help me out?
I've spun a wrench or two in my day but not with MC's.

thanks

That hose at the rear of the petcock is a vacuum hose to open the valve and let fuel flow when the bike is running and stop the fuel when it isn't running. Just pull that hose off the same as the fuel line then yank the tank.
No Witnesses.... :shifty:
