85mph?

It states he was doing 85 mph. I must suppose that that was through the section of road where the speed is determined- about 20 metres. What it doesn't say is the speed he was doing before he fell off, and I must assume that whatever caused his spill probably made him grab the brakes and shave off speed before he fell off. 120 anybody?
