Poor, poor, pitiful me

I ride every single day I can. Weekends actually are the time I more often than not cant ride because working as a mechanic on some weekends I am the only guy working. Kinda hard to fit a 50lb motor in my saddle bags. during the week there are plenty of people who drive that can get the big stuff for me .

Got everything taken care of on Friday and I was out cruising the parking lot on Saturday and Sunday! Even though it's not a huge parking lot, there was plenty for me to practice - turns, u-turns, stops, etc. Still want to do quick stops there. The bike still feels big but more manageable than when I first tried it. Things are going in the right direction!

I'm still using my old open faced helmet (from my moped days) as my new helmet (full face) isn't in yet. Fortunately, the parking lot is less than a quarter mile away.

I was imagining the disaster of combining the cold and a closed shield full face helmet.
