The beer that got me into beers:

Some of my favorites
Smitty's:

It's red. It's irish. It's awesome. Easy to drink, full flavor, and goes great with anything. I love it. Seriously. If it were an Irish Lass, I'd so marry her.
Sam Winter Lager:

It makes me feel warm and fuzzy. Though it could just be because I've had a few of them.
Some StoneBrewery offerings:

I recomend the Arrogant bastrd if you want an ale that makes you go "holy "poo poo", this is beer". The IPA if you like hops. If you REALLY like hops, I hear Dogfish head makes one of the best IPA's in america, the 90 minute IPA. No opinions on that though, havn't had it.
BBC! Local brewers (10 minutes from where I live, and I've still not done the "procreating" tour!) that make some of the best beer I've had, and the most overrated (explain below).
Rasberry Barleywine Style Ale:

One of my all time favorites. Comes out around valentines day, and runs until stock is gone. My roomate drinks imperial stouts that you can't see any light through and wonders how the hell I can drink it like water. It's 9% ABV but you (at least I) don't really taste the alcohol taste you get with high ABV brews. Though then again, my roomate drinks IPA's like water. YMMV. Good luck finding it out of state. If you're close to MA, it's worth the trip to this shithole to pick up a bottle of it. I wouldn't recomend finding a bar with it and having a pint, you still need to make it home.
Steel Rail:
Good beer. Really is. But is very over rated around here. It's the best alternative to bud light, natty ice, etc. The kids who drink that "poo poo", think this is "the "poo poo"" and super high quality. The beer drinkers know it for an honestly refreshing and easy to drink beer, great with a meal, or a game of bowling.
Anchor Steam Liberty Ale:

My good friends Amy and Anthony turned me on to this beer when they came back from a trip to San Francisco. They like it because it reminds them of San Fran. I like it because it's tasty.
Okay, you guys share. Now. Go.
