Hooray! Congrats, blues!
Thank you. Now maybe I will finally be able to plan a road trip to SE Washington.

Oh, what my 28 year old brain mixed with my 16 year old maturity level could do with both of those comments  .... But I will behave today.

Thank you. It hurts to laugh right now.

I have a fractured rib as of Monday morning. It hurts to laugh, cough, sneeze, hiccup, lay down and get up.....

Sigh......

Blues?????

What on earth are you doing to yourself?

Not again, surely!

Well...SV and FG....it's like this.....If you recall I was complaining about the rehab program and how tired it was making me. Also that the work they were making me do was hurting my knees and elbows.....
They finally modified my program but only just at the end of last week. So consequently my knees and elbows (and my hand from the fall at the previous rehab place) were still hurting. On Monday morning as I was getting out of the bathtub, my arm and hand gave way and I landed hard on my side against the edge of the tub.
So....I went to the clinic and told the physio what had happened and he kept telling me it was probably just bruised. He said I didn't really need to go to the doctor.
So...on Thursday I told him it was not getting any better...that I was still feeling short of breath and that every move I made hurt....he then said maybe it wouldn't hurt to go see a doctor....the doctor sent me for an x-ray. I asked the x-ray place to fax the results to the physio....

He certainly had a different attitude today after he got he fax with the results.
This time around it's only 1 rib.....and it doesn't have all the other extra injuries to go along with it like I had a year ago.
I think this one may heal a bit quicker.

I think that maybe they now realize they pushed me too hard....

So I'm not supposed to even be a passenger on a bike for a couple of weeks at least....

On the bright side.....my shoulder has improved significantly.

I will post some more pics over the weekend.
