Bad order from parts direct

I ordered pipes for my fatboy from here and was told they had them in stock and i would receive them in 7-10 days.Well that was over 5 weeks ago, still no pipes.Everytime i call they tell me they shipped yesterday or they are to be shipped tomorrow.They also told me anything they can order they consider in stock.They took the money from my card at the speed of light but do not want to ship.When i try to cancel they tell me i will owe them a 20% restock fee..Anyone else had problems with them???

Call the credit card company.

No, I've never had a problem with them.

Did you ask for the shipping tracking number? Every shipper has a tracking system, you enter the number and see where your package is.

call the credit card company. They will remove it and no 20% restock fee.
