Good cruiser helmets?

I have the multitec and am pretty happy with it. I have always had multi-color graphic full face helmets before and would wear them on whatever type of bike that I climbed on. Don't worry what it looks like and go for comfy.

..., so I'm busy helmet shopping now. I want something a little loud and noticeable (mostly for safety's sake). But most of the crazy designs I'm seeing look more appropriate for crotch rockets.

I can't find the link but I remember reading an article on one of the online MC mags about helmet/jacket colour and visibility. The writer wrote that studies have shown that a solid bright colour is the most noticeable. He recommended a solid white or yellow helmet (his was orange) rather than a patterned helmet which sort of blends in with the background.

It's a bit over a year old now. It hurts mainly on the top of my head, but sometimes a bit in the back and a bit in the jaw.

Thanks for the link. I did check out the helmet sticky here before I bought it, but maybe my head is just shaped weird or I need to try it on at the store for a longer time frame.

Actually solid colors are the most visible, if you're interested in safety.
