vibration issues

first off let me say hello i am new here......................ok, i have a 2007 big dog k9 chopper and i recently started to develope a vibration in handle bars and foot pegs, its going in for servic next week.... i bought the bike in april as a new left over and it is warrantied i would like to find the problem myself first before they disect the bike and i have a long down time..........all mounts(motor/tranny) are tight, wheel is balanced, primary chain is lubed fine....nothing seems out of whack or not alligned it feels like its comin from where the triple trees meets frame in neck.....i was experiencing grease coming out of bottom of neck i was wondering if this could b my problem.....is there anything inside neck that would cause such a vibration

It could be the steering head bearings seating or wearing slightly. Not a huge problem for the service guys to tighten them up.

Make sure to tell them at the shop about the vibration and to check the steering head bearings, as well as everything else on the fork/wheel assembly.

Test ride the bike before taking home to be sure they fixed it. Don't accept it and take it home until they actually fix the problem, or they might try fast talking their way out of it.

Let your technician check on the neck if you feel that it's the problem.. from what you described, it seems your bike is in pretty good condition.
