1992 Harley Sportster 883 won't start

Hello,

The bike has new plugs and battery but hasn't been started in 2 years. With the choke out the engine will not turn over. I sprayed starter fluid into the carb and the engine turned over but quit almost immediately and will not run. Gas and oil tanks are full. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Clean the carbs properly. I would even do a compression check. (never hurts)
