Removing tank emblems from a 1979 honda CB 650
Ok I get the part where I take them off with a screwdriver, but now I'm getting ready to paint and I want them gone forever. What is the best way to remove the mounting brackets without damaging the tank. I was thinking a grinder but idk. I will then fill with bondo or a similar product and feather smooth. Thank for the help.
