ccleaner rules. I love that program use it like every other day lol. That and o&o defrag.
I love linux but some of my favorite games just dont run to well with wine (like battlefield 2).

I have spybot, spyware blaster, and Avast antivirus. My computer runs nice and quickly, and haven't had a single spyware/adware infection in the last year (even though I use internet explorer and not firefox

Before with McAffee, my computer ran at ~ half speed, and still managed to get adware infections
The best part is, all the toold I currently use are completely free for home use.... can't really grumble

I hate McaFee because once you load it up, you can't uninstall it. Sadly it comes preloaded on Dell's.
