Are you thinking of just customizing or modding it out?

I have an M50 and I've done a couple things to it.
- debadged
- small Cobra floorboards instead of pegs
- new mirrors
- windshield (I'm a proud wus!)

Welcome to the forum! Enjoy :D

Also for that bike check out volusiariders.com
Great site for the Volusia and the C/M50 people, with tons of mods available

I'd like to see someone who has NOT customized their metric cruiser

The largest segment of the shiny farkle industry is aimed at the metric cruiser market. Go to Google and plug in 'suzuki c50 accessories'. That ought to keep you occupied for several hours.

I figure by the very fact that it is not customized, that makes it very custom.

www.volusiariders.com (forum for Suzuki cruiser riders, primarily the Volusias and Boulevards)

http://cruisercustomizing.com/ (I purchased crash bars and a sissy bar from them)

http://www.ironpony.com/ (I purchased the sissy bar brackets and a helmet visor from them)

motorcycle-superstore.com (I purchased saddlebags from them)

Customer service was good at the first two, and the prices were good. Especially from Iron Pony because the brackets were a close out so I got them for about 50% off what others were charging. Cruisercustomizing seems to have just about anything you could ever want. I had a problem related to shipping from motorcycle-superstore and their handling of that was mediocre. However, the price on the saddlebags was better than any other price I could find.

Cool! Just make sure you rejet it or remap it when you do!

Hey, blue crates and bungee cords are considered a custom option ya know. :P Where did ya get that thing anyway, JP cycles, Dennis Kirk, outside a gas station?
