2001 Honda Shadow ACE (750) Spark Plug Replacement Trouble

#1 Unread post by Shadow Man »

:frusty: Can not reach Front Left and Back Right cylinder Spark Plugs with my plug wrench. Clymer manual states on on VT750DC models to remove these cylinder over heads. I have a VT750C and to remove the cylinder head covers is a very lengthy and time consuming project. I'm willing to do this but do not want to waste the time if not necessary. Common sense tells me I should not have to go through all of this just to replace spark plugs. Can any one help?[/url]

Common sense plays no part in cosmetic design. If the manual says you need to remove those parts to reach the sparkplugs then you probably need to remove those parts. Servicing my Concours requires the fairing being removed first. That's a lot of fun.
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.
