Yep... You need a license for anything over 49 ccs in any state in the country.

not necessarily true. In michigan if you can prove that the bike doesnt go over 35mph you dont need a liscence. There are some 75cc bikes that dont go over 35mph. Why you would buy one I dont have a clue.
