New rider Richmond, BC

#1 Unread post by ShadyAC »

Hey all, I just finished the local MSF here in BC and thought it would be good to meet some fellow motorcyclists and gain a bit more knowledge :D
I currently don't have a motorcycle, but I'm looking for a used 500cc sport/standard bike, something like the GS500 or the Ninja 500. If anyone has bought one of these bikes used what is the price range?
And if there are any other 500cc bikes that are great for beginners let me know.

Hi,
I had both GS and Ninja 500cc. The main diference is that GS have to bee cheaper and it has no fairing on it, so it is a great bike for a start, because fairing itself is hard to fix after your first falling (I gues there will be no falling at all). GS is not so comfortable but it does it job very well :)There is nothing to be broken in GS: no fairing, no electronics at all, no injecton too.

If You have any question... :)
