Yup they are very quiet from the factory as per Fed standards.
I once heard a bone stock sportster and the mechanical clatter of the air cooled engine was actually louder than the exhaust.
Definitely... A guy from school had a stock Nighttrain. The other Harley guys would tease him about "having a Honda" lol.
