Some advice

There is two steps behind my apartment that I could put the bikes and they would be out of sight and off the street. Plus right next to my back door. So ramp ideas? Two steps is all I am dealing with. I could almost get it down without it... But like you guys said ground clearance. Plus getting back up wouldn't be all that fun.

My buddies up in Tahoe had to clear the snow from their huge deck, they devised a ramp, made of plywood the same width as the tires with some pieces of wood nailed crossways so it looks like a ladder they had no trouble moving the blower up and down 10 steps on a weekely sometimes daily basis.

another thing ya could do is ask a neighbor who has off street parking or a front yard if you could agist ya steads there for a small weekly fee?

It would start to be a pain to ride them up onto the porch all the time, but a ramp could work pretty well, and it gets to be a pain to put the cover on all the time, too, but that's essential I'd say. Also if you can do it get a heavy chain and lock them to something immovable (light post, car) or even lock them to each other. It's possible to pick up one bike and put it in a van but 2 would be a lot harder. I lock mine to the front of my car. Someone could definitely get to it but it'd be a huge pain and they'd be carrying around the front bumper of my car too
