New rider first bike turn signal issues

#1 Unread post by zevonincincy »

Hi folks,

Sorry if this is a total newbie question, but I couldn't find anything specific.

I just bought my first bike and am signed up for the first riders course in the spring. Next one available in Cincy.

I have a 2007 Buell Blast. My issue is the turn signals do not work at all.

I have checked the wiring connections, bulbs and everything else I can think of. Pretty much leaves me with the switch and/or the flasher module unless I'm missing something obvious.

Just looking for some advise if there is a way to determine what part I need to find. Oh and any help on a place to look for parts would be an extra bonus.

Thanks for any help.

So they don't work at all? Then my vote goes for the switch not working. As for parts, try http://www.bikebandit.com. Good luck!

Maybe the fuse for the turn signal circuit?

Do you have a manual yet?
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.
