First bike :)

#1 Unread post by Jo3 »

Well..... been wanting to do thgis for a long time. I am 34, so I am getting into this a bit late..

I bought a little 2003 Ninja 250. I know it is small, but I kinda wanted something that would control me and would not cost too much.

I take my riders corse the last weekend of July, and pick the bike up the weekend after. I bought it about 45 minles from my house, but the guy at the shop said after I take the course I should not have any trouble driving it home. He suggested I take back roads and avoid the expressway, however.

The days just seem to creep by.......

That's great! I'm interested in the ninja 250 also. Get a few miles under your belt and write up a good review.

There's something really cool about bringing home that first bike 8)

You'll find you just want to take the longest way home possible

Do you live in NJ by any chance? My MSF course is the same weekend.
