kawasaki vulcan classic 800 1995 little power..

kawasaki vulcan classic 800 1995
have troubles with it.. it has little power except when it is choked and then it is not running right.. when not choked it has little power and wants to die.. and back fires some times..
I checked both spark plugs and they have spark and it is yellow ,,
it will run with one spark plug..

have any ideas??? looking for help..

Carburettors need a going-through. Some of your jets and air passages are probably clogged.
