zx7r stalls at 3000 rpm

I have a 98 zx7r It has always run fine untill now it starts fine hot or cold idels well i would say but as soon as you touch the throttle it wants to stall. if it hits 3000 rpm it will stall any gear nuetral doesnt matter changed plugs, checked fuel filter and put new fuel in any ideas would be appreciated. thank you

Is it just stalling or are the lights and everything cutting out?

all dash lights and fan still work fine it will run all day at idle

Sounds like your carb jet/s are clogged to me. It's probably not getting enough fuel for the air it's getting. Try cleaning them out and it should work just fine!

cleaned out the carbs they had some rust in them now it wont start at all. it is getting fuel in the bowls but not to the cyl...
