The dealers hold the official invoice that they will even show you in some cases. You have to ask yourself: How are they selling this bike for cost or less? As an example; the manufacturers will put rebates to the dealers for all model "that" that are sold between February- May. So the invoice might say $15K but the rebate to the dealer that you do not know about is $1.5K. I believe this is quite common and would not show up in any of the reports that are available from the link, as I assume that they only reveal the dealer invoice (not that I am about to pay to find out).
