Sport bikes and back rests?

#1 Unread post by roncg41677 »

Quick question: Is it possible to find even small passenger backrests for sport bikes?

I'm thinking probably not, because the riding position is leaned forward. The passenger is usually leaned forward to conform with the rider.

I was actually looking for more sport-standard bikes, like the Yamaha Seca, or Suzuki GS500E's and whatnot. I'm pretty sure the manufacturer wouldn't make one, but I thought there may be some sort of universal one?

Corbin makes seats with optional passenger backrests but you have to buy their seat also.

Some people like looking stupid. And some people don't ride bikes just for the looks :P .
